What you are buying

A PDF you download and print at home. Nothing is posted to you. Each book says how many pages it has and which paper sizes it comes in, and you get every size and language we have made of it, not just the one you clicked.

Print it as many times as you like for your own family. Please do not resell it, upload it anywhere, or pass the file on. We are two people, and the books are what pay for the rest of the site to stay open to everyone.

Where it goes

Pay by card, and the book appears in your library under Parents. Sign in with the same email address you used at the checkout. That address is the only thing linking the payment to the book, so use one you can actually receive mail at.

It stays there. Download it again whenever you need it, on any device, as often as you like.

If it is not right

A file cannot be sent back, so most shops say no refunds on anything digital. We would rather say this: if it is not what you expected, write to us and we will refund you. There is no form and no window to miss.

If you can spare a line about what was wrong, send that too. We are two people making these, and the next version of a book is shaped by what someone tells us about this one. The refund does not depend on it, and we will not write back arguing.

If something goes wrong

You paid and your library is empty. The download will not start. You signed up with one address and paid with another. Write to us and say which email you paid with, and we will sort it out.

Nearly every empty library is two different email addresses. It is the easiest thing in the world to do and the easiest for us to fix.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at the checkout. Stripe works that out and shows you the total before you pay anything.
